Bill Clinton campaigned with Hillary yesterday in New Hampshire and will join her again today in Iowa. Bill says he’s willing to work the holiday because he re ally enjoys the campaign tail, er, trail . . . The ex-Prez probably will trot out that tired line about how he’d be campaigning with Hillary “even if I wasn’t married to her.” That’s one of his best, right up there with: “I did not have sex with that woman, Miss Lewinsky . . .”
