Even one of Isiah Thomas’ awful Knicks teams would have won this one.

Thomas made his college coaching debut with Florida International last night and fell to Northwood, an NAIA school coached by Rollie Massimino, 71-61 in an exhibition matchup. Things will get decidedly harder for Thomas and company on Monday when they take on North Carolina.

Massimino was the coach of the 1985 Villanova team that won the National Championship.
