Man is it hot down here at Legends Field. There was the first installment of Joba Mania today as Joba Chamberlain threw 27 filthy pitches during his live batting practice session at Legends Field.

Reliever LaTroy Hawkins is even wearing a Joba t-shirt under his Yankee jersey. Said he purchased it at the Yankee Store.

Joba is sporting two nipple rings this spring. He said it’s better than getting another tattoo. “If I don’t like these you can just take them out and you never knew they were there.’’

I’m old, Joba, I can’t relate.
