Jordan Spieth’s pre-wedding prep includes more than selecting a honeymoon destination.
Speaking with Tony Romo on Monday at the “A Conversation With a Living Legend” luncheon, the golfer, who proposed to high school sweetheart Annie Verret over the holidays last year, talked about bidding farewell to the bachelor lifestyle.
“Just a question about marriage,” the former Cowboys quarterback asked, according to Sports Day. “Did you have to get rid of roommates at your house? Did Annie allow them to live with you as you move on into marriage?”
Spieth, 25, replied, “The roommates are out of the house now. That’s a very personal question.”
The Texas native previously lived with aspiring pros Alex Moon and Kramer Hickok.
“I live alone now for the first time in six or seven years, for a few more weeks,” Spieth said.
The wedding is reportedly on tap for later this month. The golfer previously said he nearly delayed his marriage proposal due to an illness.
“I had to have a backup plan. But I woke up and felt good that day and went through with it,” he said.
