Apache Paschall will not be disciplined by his league – at least for now. But he was by his school.

The CHSAA Brooklyn/Queens principals committee discussed the Nazareth girls basketball coach’s pending investigation regarding alleged recruiting violations at its meeting Wednesday and decided to “table the discussion” for now, according Christ the King principal Peter Mannarino.

“I don’t know what’s going to happen later on,” Mannarino said. “All I know is they’re going to address it at a later date.”

However, in a meeting afterward with Nazareth principal Providencia Quiles, Paschall was told that he would be suspended for a week and an additional game for insubordination, Quiles told The Post. On Tuesday night, the coach sat down with The Post for an exclusive interview, breaking Quiles’ ban on speaking about the investigation.

The suspension begins Thursday. He will not be able to attend practice or be on the bench for the Lady Kingsmen’s likely first-place tiebreaker game with Christ the King next Wednesday or their Brooklyn/Queens quarterfinals game March 1. Paschall was not allowed to comment on the suspension.

Quiles said it was an extremely difficult situation and one she came to after “a discussion with the board members, a discussion with the athletic director [Rochelle Murphy] and a discussion with several other individuals.”
