Lawrence Taylor made a Hall-of-Fame career out of chasing people down. Today, with some help from you, he’ll need to do it all over again.

In the final day of voting for the Post’s Legends Mania, Taylor trails Babe Ruth in the championship final by more than 200 votes. The Babe, who had little trouble disposing Mel Ott, Mariano Rivera, Mickey Mantle, Lou Gehrig and Walt Frazier to reach the title game, again seems well on his way to another victory. Taylor handled Roosevelt Brown, Sam Huff, Tiki Barber, Joe Namath and Mark Messier to get to this point, but this mountain may be too tough to climb.
