After a quick two-game road trip in which the Liberty went 1-1, but lost its last game at Minnesota, it looks to get back on the winning track tonight against the Indiana Fever at Madison Square Garden.

“They’re playing really well right now as a team,” coach Pat Coyle said. “I think we have a good solid game plan and we need to stick to it.”

Indiana enters tonight’s game (7:30, no television) with a 4-2 record, having reeled off four straight wins after starting the season 0-2. The Liberty (2-4) begins a stretch where it will play four of its next five games at home.

“I think every game it’s important to get off to a good start. I don’t think [playing at home] tomorrow is any different than any other night,” said Coyle. The Liberty, who rank 10th of 13 teams in scoring, will have to find a way to increase its offensive output if it expects to win this game. They shot just 35 percent Tuesday in a 69-57 loss at Minnesota.
