Sid Rosenberg vs. Mike Francesa

(Who sounds more out of touch?)

WFAN’s Sid Rosenberg said he is uninterested in all this steroids talk. If the players want to jack up their muscles with ‘roids, so be it. Rosenberg doesn’t care.

Conceivably, Rosenberg wouldn’t mind if players, risking their long-term health, transformed themselves into fire-breathing Godzillas. The trickle-down effect on kids is lost on Rosenberg.

WFAN’s Mike Francesa never misses anything. Just ask him.

Save for hockey, he presents himself as an expert on everything. You get the feeling he thinks he could win a Matchup with the Pope over who is a better theologian.

As he recently discussed “The Passion of the Christ,” Francesa never said, “Dawg, this is my opinion, but I’m no expert.” If it doesn’t involve a blue line, Francesa knows more than anybody.

In the end, Francesa is more out of touch. He acts as if he is all-knowing, while Rosenberg good-naturedly admits there is much he doesn’t know.
