DENVER – Antonio McDyess said Jason Kidd turned his career into a highlight film when the two played together in Phoenix.

The rehabilitating Denver forward very carefully picked his words but he acknowledged that he loved playing with Kidd and would love to play with him again.

“For me, he made my career a highlight film. Dunks off great passes,” said McDyess, who can opt out of his contract after next season.

Kidd, following his arrival in New Jersey, was warned about tampering after he said he would love to lure McDyess to New Jersey. “I was shocked he said that,” McDyess said. “Obviously he had fun playing with me.”
