MSG Network has added to its weak-to-none, after-dark south/southwest radio reach. Trenton’s WMTR 1170-AM will carry a total of 120 Knick and Ranger broadcasts.

Since switching two seasons ago from WFAN to ESPN-NY’s 1050-AM, MSG’s Knick and now Ranger radio signal has been assigned to a frequency that is greatly diminished or completely lost, south and southwest of Manhattan, between dusk and sun-up.
