Fatimata Ba scored the winner on a pass from Nicole McWilliams late in the second half to give New Dorp a 4-3 win over visiting Petrides in PSAL Staten Island A girls soccer Tuesday in both teams’ season opener. McWilliams had a goal and two assists in her varsity debut and her sister Christina, a sophomore, added a goal. Katrina Wisner had a goal and two assists, including on Amanda Feldstein’s goal that tied the score at 3 in the second half, for Petrides (0-1), which went to the PSAL Class A quarterfinals last year.

McKee/Staten Island Tech 6, Port Richmond 0: Jackie Bruno had two goals and an assist for defending city champion MSIT (1-0). Samantha Cunzo and Valeriana Dema each added a goal and an assist. Port Richmond is 0-1.

Tottenville 4, Susan Wagner 0: Erin Connelly and Kasey Murphy each scored two goals for Tottenville (1-0). Wagner is 0-1.

Bard 6, Stuyvesant 0: Emma Lumey scored three goals and Mihaela Stoyantcheva had two goals and an assist to lead Bard over Stuyvesant (1-0) in Manhattan A-II. Mina Kobayashi added a goal and an assist and Vivian D’Andrade had two assists.

Bronx Science 6, Lehman 0: Gracie Elegant had three goals and Elizabeth Schafer scored two goals and dished out two assists for Bronx Science (1-0) in Bronx A-I. Taylor Murtaugh added a goal and an two assists. Lehman is 0-1.

Clinton 7, Truman 1: Alisa Redzic found the net four times for Clinton (1-0). Lucy Avila and Emelia Johnson each added a goal and an assist. Truman is 0-1.

Fort Hamilton 2, Leon Goldstein 1: Katie Fagan scored a goal in each half on assists from Christina Delisi and Katarzyna Krzeptowska for Fort Hamilton (1-0) in Brooklyn A-III. Pamela Chernyakhovsky scored the lone goal for Goldstein (0-1).

Lincoln 9, Sheepshead Bay 0: Tanisha Montague scored three goals and Yanique Newman added two scores for Lincoln (1-0). Breanya Dowdye made five saves for the shutout. Sheepshead Bay is 0-1.

Thomas Edison 3, Queens HS of Teaching 2: Bridgitte McCalla scored two goals for Edison (1-0) in Queens A-IV. Giselle Linares added a goal. Queens HS of Teaching is 0-1.

CLASS B

Franklin Roosevelt 4, New Utrecht 0: Jahaira Quinonez tallies two goals and an assist for FDR in Brooklyn B-VII. Natalie Calixto added two assists and Evelyn Mejia made seven saves for the shutout. New Utrecht is 0-1.
