Klarissa Ramirez gave up one run on five hits with eight strikeouts in seven innings in the circle to lead Van Buren to a 10-1 win over Queens HS of Teaching in PSAL Queens A-I softball Wednesday in Queens Village. Ramirez was also 2-for-4 with two RBIs and a run scored for Van Buren (3-3 Queens A-I). QHST is 1-5.

McKee/Staten Island Tech 12, Port Richmond 1: Blayse Halvorsen gave up no earned runs on three hits and struck out four in five innings to lead MSIT (4-1 Staten Island A). Amanda Mondello went 2-for-3 with two RBIs and a run scored. Port Richmond is 1-4.

DeWitt Clinton 11, American Studies @ Lehman 1: Maguette Fofana gave up one run on three hits and struck out 11 in five innings for Clinton (6-1 Bronx A). Kimberly Martinez and Fofana each had two RBIs apiece. American Studies is 0-7.

Bayside 12, Jamaica 0: Heidi Gomez gave up just a hit and struck out 10 with five innings and Tara Bernstein went 2-for-4 with two RBIs and a run scored for Bayside (6-1 Queens A-I). Jamaica is 0-7.

Bushwick 17, New Utrecht 6: Yudaisy Mejia went 5-for-6 with seven RBIs and three runs scored and Kiara Johnson and Ana Martinez each had two RBIs for Bushwick (2-2 Brooklyn A). New Utrecht is 1-3.

InTech Academy 11, Bronx Science 0: Kimberly Rodriguez was 1-for-3 with three RBIs and Xiomara German gave up no runs on one hit in four innings with seven strikeouts for InTech (5-2 Bronx A). Science is 4-3.

Stevenson 14, Riverdale/Kingsbridge 4: Maranda Diaz went 3-for-4 with three RBIs and five runs and Keyana Brown Wiggins was 3-for-4 with two RBIs and three runs scored. RKA is 2-5.

PSAL CLASS B

Brooklyn Tech 13, Banneker 0: Olivia Lautin gave up just four hits and struck out 12 in five innings for Brooklyn Tech (6-0 Brooklyn B-II). Hannah Wilk, Irene Yau and Lautin each had two RBIs each. Banneker is 4-2.

FDR 17, South Shore 2: Giovana Rosado gave up no earned runs on one hit with five strikeouts in four innings to lead FDR (4-1 Brooklyn B-I). South Shore is 1-4.

FDA 15, School of the Future 3: Madiya Bracamante went 2-for-4 with four RBIs and one run scored and Dominique Bynoe-Sullivan, Melanie Taveras and Shalaya Ford each had two RBIs for FDA (4-1 Manhattan B-III). Future is 3-2.

Columbus 16, Grace Dodge 6: Marilania Lanfranco went 1-for-4 with two RBIs and two runs scored and Claudeen Vanriel went 1-for-3 with two RBIs and a run for Columbus (3-3 Bronx B-I). Grace Dodge is 0-6.

Queens Metropolitan 20, Academy of American Studies 5: Nicole Kopczynska, Reineris Velez and Sarah Boiardi all drove in two runs apiece for Queens Metropolitan (3-1 Queens B-I). American Studies is 2-4.
