KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Terrell Suggs looks forward to some hard-rubber matches next week in the divisional round of the AFC playoffs — especially his Ravens against Ben Roethlisberger and the Steelers.

“I think Ben [Roethlisberger] has beaten us seven times in a row,” the Ravens star linebacker said after his two-sack performance in yesterday’s 30-7 victory over the Chiefs.

Indeed, the Ravens’ 17-14 victory in Week 4 at Pittsburgh came while Roethlisberger was serving his suspension. The Ravens fell to a Roethlisberger-led fourth-quarter rally, 13-10, at Baltimore in Week 13.

“I don’t know if it’s personal with Ben, it’s personal between the two cities,” said Suggs. “It shouldn’t surprise you that these two teams are at each other’s throats.”

And it shouldn’t surprise anyone the AFC divisional round will be fan-friendly.

“This is what the world wanted to see, Baltimore and Pittsburgh and New England and the Jets,” Suggs said. “I think everybody wanted to see these matchups because both teams split in the regular season and now we’ll see who’s the winner in the end.

“No better teams than these four.”
