The Red Bulls terminated the loan deal and contract for defender Alfredo Pacheco. The left back had been signed on April 17, after a long and protracted negotiation with C.D. FAS. The captain of El Salvador’s National Team, Pacheco appeared in 14 matches this season, and was guilty of a number of mental gaffes. The Red Bulls paid $30,000 for this year’s loan, and could have extended it for $100,000.
