Thierry Henry’s one goal and strong ball skills led the Red Bulls’ 4-1 rout of the Eastern Conference rival New England Revolution, and also brought the French captain up to the top of the Castrol Index Weekly Top 20.

Followed closely behind him was Philadelphia’s Jack McInerney- as MLS Player of Week 8 with two goals. With the exception of the FC Dallas’s center forward, Blas Perez, the rest of the Top 10 was dominated by goalkeepers. Jack McInerney sits on top of the cumulative Castrol Index – which is no surprise considering his performances over the past few weeks.
