Tracy McGrady appears to be choosing between the Clippers and Bulls as his next team.
T-Mac, who made a pit stop with the Knicks last season, worked out for the Clippers yesterday and the Bulls are up next, according to a NBA.com report.
“You’re talking about one of the greatest offensive talents in our game, and if Tracy is motivated and he’s right, and he wants to be with us … how could you not bring him in and take a look?” Clippers GM Neil Olshey told ESPN.com.
The Knicks acquired McGrady last season in a salary-cap saving move. The often-injured 31-year-old free agent averaged 9.4 points in 24 games, but was not apart of the Knicks plans for next season.
