Olympics bad boy Ryan Lochte says he’s likely banned from Brazil after his infamous fake robbery scandal in Rio de Janeiro last summer.

“I don’t think I’m allowed [to go back],” he told TMZ.com in a video posted Friday.

The disgraced swimmer risks jail if he returns to the country because he’s still charged with filing a false police report in which he claimed he was robbed at gunpoint during a night on the town with pool pals, the celebrity news site reported.

In August, the 32-year-old athlete recanted his story after video footage revealed he hadn’t actually been robbed — and that his group of friends had drunkenly trashed a gas station in Rio.

Prosecutors have offered Lochte a plea deal, which would likely amount to a $20,000 fine, but Lochte hasn’t accepted it, according to past reports.

If he returns to Brazil, he risks being detained, TMZ reported.
