Those who do not own season tickets and hoped to get a chance to see the Giants face the Saints on Monday night, Sept. 19, at Giants Stadium have to hope there are seats remaining, as nearly all of the tickets likely will be gone by the time they are offered to the general public.

The game, originally scheduled for Sept. 18 at the Superdome, was moved to the Meadowlands after the Hurricane Katrina disaster ravaged the city of New Orleans.

In a policy determined by the Giants, tickets for the rescheduled game will be offered first to Saints season ticket holders and those people who purchased tickets to the originally scheduled game. Those tickets will be sold beginning tomorrow at noon by calling 201-372-7928.

Giants season ticket holders will have a chance to buy tickets starting at 3 p.m. tomorrow through 10 p.m. Saturday. Season ticket holders must have their account numbers and will be allowed to purchase the same number of tickets they have on their account, up to a maximum of eight tickets.

These tickets can be purchased on line at Ticketmaster.com or by phone at 201-507-8900 or 212-307-7171. Purchases in person can be made at the Meadowlands Arena box office. All tickets sales will be best seat available.

Those on the Giants’ season-ticket waiting list will be allowed to purchase tickets on line or by phone from 10 a.m. Sunday through 10 p.m. Monday. There will be a limit of four tickets.

Following the sale to the Giants’ waiting list, any remaining tickets will be put on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Tuesday. Tickets can be purchased on-line or by phone.

All ticket prices are regular prices: $80 for mezzanine seats and $70 for upper- and lower-level seats. For more information, call 201-372-7928.
