Inter Milan’s top scorer Zlatan Ibrahimovic will return for Sunday’s possible Serie A title clincher at Siena after serving a one-game ban, team officials said on Thursday night.

“We’ve been working for the past 10 months with the sole goal of winning the title,” Inter midfielder Esteban Cambiasso told Sky Italia. “There are always surprises lurking around the corner in this league, but the important thing is that we’re able to celebrate on Sunday. That all depends on what we do [against Siena] on Sunday.”

Argentine forward Julio Cruz, meanwhile, is suspended for the game — although Inter may not even need to win it in order to claim a fourth straight title.

With three rounds to go, Inter could be crowned champions on Saturday if second-place AC Milan loses at Udinese.

Milan will be without midfielder David Beckham, who is suspended for one match, and defender Giuseppe Favalli, who was red-carded last week and will also be forced to watch the match from the stands.

Meanwhile, third-place Juventus, who has no chance to win the league title, will host Atalanta behind closed doors on Sunday afternoon after the club lost an appeal against a stadium ban handed down because their fans racially abused Inter striker Mario Balotelli in a 1-1 draw last month in Turin.
