Fans will be allowed to attend Juventus’ home game against Lecce on Sunday at the Olympic Stadium in Turin.
The announcement late Thursday comes after an appeal court suspended a decision to ban fans until a later date.
Juve were ordered to play the match behind closed doors by the Italian league afterfans racially abused Inter Milan striker Mario Balotelli in a 1-1 draw in Turin two weeks ago.
The club lost a first appeal at the Italian soccer federation on Tuesday, but decided to appeal again to the Italian Olympic Committee.
