TODAY’S PLAY: In the opener play $10 to win on Big Screen. In the sixth race, use Adriatic Spirit and Rockheaded in $20 doubles with Pianist in the seventh. Total bet: $50.

YESTERDAY’S RESULTS: The race was run in 1:09.40 but My Sunshine Gal was cooked about 10 seconds into the race. Hated the slop all the way around and appropriately finished last. Shakeira and Wholelottashakin provided us with $40 of scratch relief. Lost $10.

TODAY’S PLAY: In the third race, Gulfport, a $775,000 yearling who ran second at 8-5 in his debut at Churchill Downs, is by Unbridled’s Song out of Dream Supreme, who won the Test and Ballerina over this track: $20 to win on Gulfport; $10 exacta box, Gulfport with North Slope; $5 doubles, Gulfport and North Slope with Coffee Boy in the fourth race. Total bet: $50.

YESTERDAY’S RESULTS: In the sixth race, Hessonite ($30 win, $20 place) won paying $3.30 to win, $2.40 to place. Won $23.50.

ANTHONY AFFRUNTI

TODAY’S PLAY: In the fourth race, we’re putting $20 to win on Coffee Boy. Then in the fifth a $10 exacta box Flat Bold and Associate. We’ll put the remaining $10 on Geantor to win in the sixth. Total bet: $50.

YESTERDAY’S RESULTS: Romped home in the sloppy going opener with Strike the Moon and took $10.80 for our $20 win bet. Almost swept the bets, but fell just short at the wire and settled for second with Scott’s Aly Cat, who gave a game effort. Won $58.
