Total bet: $50.

YESTERDAY’S RESULTS: Master Achievement wired the field with our key horse Kitten’s Kid closing to finish second, giving us the $23.40 exacta with our $5 backup exacta play. Profit of $8.50 for the day.

BANKROLL: $1,852.00

VIC CANGIALOSI

TODAY’S PLAY: The late surge continues. In Race 3, play $20 doubles of He Ain’t Bluffing and Curve Ball with D’Tiger in the fourth. Skip to the finale where we’ll put the final $10 on Gold Love to win. Total bet: $50.

YESTERDAY’S RESULTS: Meet The Mets produced back-to-back winning days for us when he won the opener. The payout was worth $144. Vicki’s Dancer ran well to be third. So the profit for the day was $94.

BANKROLL: $1,714

ED FOUNTAINE

TODAY’S PLAY: In the seventh race, in Mott we trust; $50 to win on Lunar Victory to make it five in a row. Total bet: $50.

YESTERDAY’S RESULTS: Another brutal beat. In the fourth race, Sylvestris ($30 win, $20 place) was beaten by a neck, paying $3.90 to place. Lost $11.

BANKROLL: $1,891.10

ANTHONY AFFRUNTI

TODAY’S PLAY: Waiting until the last race, where Miss Ruud returns off her first start of the year and a trip where she lacked room to run through the stretch and had a wall of horses six across to contend with — $25 to win and place on this filly. Total bet: $50.

YESTERDAY’S RESULTS: Sylvestris sat a good trip and looked like she was ready to pounce, but could not get by the winner in the stretch finishing second, costing $15, but Coach A.J. did what we asked and held off a late challenge to win and return $3.70 for the $35 win bet and returned a mere $63.75. Profit of a trackside value meal for $13.75.

BANKROLL: $1,964.10
