NBA: Pacers in bar brawl

Pacers guard Jamaal Tinsley and teammates Marquis Daniels and Keith McLeod were involved in a fight with a bar manager after a home loss Tuesday to Golden State, police said. No one was immediately arrested or charged after the fight. Police said the bar manager of the 8 Seconds Saloon might have a fractured jaw and severed earlobe. He told officers that Tinsley had threatened to kill him, the report said.

* Animal services officers seized a Great Dane from the home of Kings star Ron Artest, saying the dog was underfed. Neighbors complained for weeks the dog, named Socks, appeared to be starving inside a gated area on Artest’s $1.85 million estate in rural Sacramento.

GOLF: PGA Tour KOs International tourney

The International, known for its unique scoring system on a Castle Pines golf course held outside Denver, will no longer be on the PGA Tour schedule effective immediately. The loss of the 21-year-old tournament was primarily due to lack of a corporate sponsor, a PGA Tour official said yesterday. That leaves a hole in the PGA Tour schedule on July 5-8.

NHL: Draft goes to Columbus

The NHL draft will be held June 22-23 at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. The first round will be Friday night and broadcast live on VERSUS, with rounds two through seven held Saturday morning.

NFL: Caldwell huddles with Cowboys
