The field is set for Saturday’s 48th running of the Grade 2 $500,000 Jim Dandy at Saratoga.

The 1 1/8 mile race will be highlighted by Mike Repole’s Stay Thirsty, the runner-up to winner Ruler On Ice in the June 11 Belmont Stakes.

The race for 3 year-olds is the traditional prep race toward the Aug. 27 Grade 1 $1 million Travers Stakes.

This year’s race drew a field of seven and will be telecast live beginning at 5 p.m. on VERSUS.

The Jim Dandy will be race 10 on the 11 race card.
