Warriors forward Stephen Jackson told Dime Magazine that he would like to play for the Knicks with former teammate Al Harrington.

After confirming that he wants out of Golden State, Jackson was asked “Is there anywhere specifically you want to go?”

He replied, “Either Cleveland, anywhere in Texas or out here with Al in New York.”

Harrington, asked if Jackson’s statement shocked him, laughed then responded, “No I wasn’t surprised. We talk all the time so I knew already. Honestly sometimes you need a change and I hope this change is to come out to New York — that would be nice.”
