SYRACUSE — Syracuse University has reached a deal with cable network SNY to increase the school’s exposure in the metropolitan New York City area.
SNY will provide more than 300 hours of live Syracuse games and replays, classic game re-broadcasts, weekly shows with football coach Doug Marrone, basketball coach Jim Boeheim and lacrosse coach John Desko, and other content.
SNY also will offer more coverage of Syracuse football and basketball on its nightly news.
Syracuse University programming has aired on SNY since the network’s debut in 2006. The school is scheduled to play several football games at the new Meadowlands in the next six years.
