All eyes and stomachs on Joey Chestnut. The 15-time Mustard Yellow Belt king devoured 63 hot dogs and buns last year. Miki Sudo was the female chompion. An estimated 35,000 hungry fans are expected in Coney Island.

The Spurs, No. 1-overall pick phenom, Victor Wembanyama, wants to play. From Paris to New York, who wouldn’t want to watch?

Of course the Knicks and Nets will be participants.

Breanna Stewart faces her former team, with which she spent the previous six seasons, at Barclays Center. Sabrina Ionescu is always worth the price of admission.

Juan Soto dethroned Pete Alonso last year.

The Captain, Derek Jeter, will be in the Fox Sports booth.

He appeared in 14 of these, so he’ll know everything you’ll need to know. Alonso and perhaps Francisco Lindor will be representing the Mets. You’ll see the Yankees’ Gerrit Cole and perhaps Anthony Rizzo — and Aaron Judge if healthy.

The deadline for Saquon Barkley and the Giants to reach a deal. Or for Barkley to sign the $10.1 million franchise tender — or not.

The Aaron Rodgers Jets — still hard to fathom, right? — will open the preseason with over-the-moon expectations and Namath-like hype.

Standing room only in Florham Park, N.J., for every practice open to the public — the long-suffering public, who won’t be there for Zach Wilson. All eyes on No. 8.

USA vs. Vietnam on Fox, in the opening round of the FIFA Women’s World Cup.

Forwards Alex Morgan and Megan Rapinoe, and and Gotham FC defender Kelley O’Hara were named to their fourth Cup roster as the USWNT seeks an historic three-peat.

Fellow NJ/NY teammates include Kristie Mewis and Lynn Williams.

The battle moves to Yankee Stadium, where there will be more sizzle than Part 1 (will Aaron Judge return for a mano-a-mano Home Run Derby showdown with Pete Alonso?). Steve Cohen will be banking on Max Scherzer and Justin Verlander growing younger as the season goes on.

The Brian Daboll Giants will open training camp for the first time in six summers as a playoff team. Will Saquon Barkley be there? If he is there, will he be there happy with a new contract or unhappy with the franchise tag?

Yankees face the Rays (who currently are in first place in the AL East) at the Stadium. These teams don’t like each other. Can the Yankees possibly catch them?

When the Jets face the Browns in Canton, Ohio, expect to see Rodgers on the sidelines helping to coach Wilson.

The nemeses and roadblock to the World Series come to town looking to maintain whatever psychological edge they carry over the Yankees. Jose Altuve might want to wear earplugs.

Jets Darrelle Revis and Joe Klecko will be enshrined in the Canton, Ohio, joining franchise greats Joe Namath, Weeb Ewbank, Don Maynard and Curtis Martin. Sauce Gardner will try to mimic Revis Island this season, and Quinnen Williams is designated to play the part of Klecko in any New York Sack Exchange II.

The defending WNBA champs come to Barclays Center to try to send a message to the league’s superteam. Two-time Vegas MVP and reigning Defensive Player of the Year A’ja Wilson is a problem. So is guard Jackie Young. Giants TE Darren Waller can be expected to be there to cheer on new bride and Aces guard Kelsey Plum.

Mets vs. Yankees just off the Coney Island Boardwalk. Six games in six days. Cyclones right now look as if they may have to be resigned to the role of spoilers. $5.25 for a Nathan’s footlong? Put it in the books!

Celebrities from the worlds of sports, entertainment and politics will be at the USTA Billie Jean King Tennis Center, as always. Carlos Alcaraz became the youngest-ever world No. 1 player at 19 years old by defeating Casper Ruud last year in the men’s singles final. Iga Swiatek is the defending women’s singles champion. No sentimental farewell to Serena Williams this time.

Unusually late in the year, but better late than never for the tradition-rich 75th version, with a clash against the Brewers to boot.

Jerry Jones brings Dak Prescott to MetLife Stadium for a marquee opening-night clash against $40 million man Daniel Jones.

Rodgers makes his regular-season Jets debut with all of Green Bay and Football America watching against Josh Allen and the defending AFC East champs.

NYCFC visits the Red Bulls. These fan bases don’t like each other. What better way to end our New York sports summer?
