Gloria Sarola was beaten into submission. As much as she tried to avoid it, she had to become a football fan.

“I can’t help but watch,” Sarola, 72, said. “Wherever I go it’s on.”

At home on Sundays, she’s bombarded with football by her husband and grandsons. But when she took refuge at her daughter’s house, more grandsons were watching football.

Now, she’s a Giants fan. “I root for whoever they root for,” Sarola said.

Her picks are: Giants, Jets, Redskins, Raiders, Colts, Packers, Titans, Dolphins, Bears, Eagles, Broncos, Ravens, Seahawks and Rams.

Last week’s fan, Dondi Hall, went 6-7-1 for a winning percentage of .464.

Ed Salerno leads with a .679 winning percentage (9-4-1). The fan with the highest winning percentage at the end of the season wins $1,000. In the case of a tie, the prize will be split evenly.
