Two years ago, Mark Battaglia moved to Farmingdale, L.I., after spending a lifetime in Ozone Park. Anyone who has made a similar transition knows how the 41-year- old Battaglia feels about it.

“It’s great for the kids,” said Battaglia, a father of three. “But I’m used to walking everywhere. Now I have to get in my car all the time. I’ve gained weight. I’m in a rut.”

Mark made his picks with his 12-year-old son, Mark Jr. So far this year, the under-18 crowd has done well in The Fan’s Corner. Let’s see if that trend continues.

Mark’s picks: Giants, Jets, Ravens, Patriots, Lions, Colts, Vikings, Bills, Falcons, Rams, Panthers, Chiefs, Broncos, Eagles, Steelers and Seahawks.

Last week’s fan, Buck Ziemelis, went 8-8 for a winning percentage of .500. Rob Kuhn retained the overall lead with a winning percentage of .786.

The fan with the highest winning percentage at the end of the season wins $1,000. In the case of a tie, the prize will be split evenly.
