Mother Nature obviously doesn’t get caught up in the Yankees’ home opener. With the weather reports calling for steady rain and cold temperatures today, the Yankees smartly postponed their opener until tomorrow at 1 o’clock.

Tickets for today’s game will be honored tomorrow. Tickets for tomorrow night’s game will be honored when the Rangers come back to the Stadium (Aug. 14-16). No makeup date has been set. Thursday night’s tickets are good for that night’s game.
