Because of a misunderstanding with the N.Y. State Racing and Wagering Board, The Post incorrectly reported yesterday that there were no prior rulings against trainer Rick Dutrow Jr., who turned in his license Sept. 25 after testing positive for marijuana.

SRWB spokesperson Stacy Walker said yesterday she thought The Post’s inquiry concerned current violations, of which there are none. But she reported that his license was suspended or revoked three times from 1988-91.

In 1988, as an assistant trainer, he was twice suspended for marijuana, and in 1991 his license was revoked for attempting to provide a false urine sample for testing.
