See You At Peelers showed why she’s now a perfect 22-for-22, easily capturing the $350,000 Valley Forge Sunday afternoon at Harrah’s Chester (Philadelphia).

Trained by Jimmy Takter and driven by Marcus Johansson, See You At Peelers wasted no time making a move to the lead before the quarter pole.

“[My] strategy was to stay out of trouble. When you have a good one like that, you have a lot of options,” Johansson said.

Johansson and Peelers (the 4-5 favorite) lead the field past the half in a comfortable :54 2/5, before putting the pedal to the metal approaching the three-quarter pole.

“I saw Yannick [Gingras, driving Drop The Ball] was second over and I was a little scared of that horse, I know she can finish a little bit so I said, ‘If I step on the gas here she’s not going to catch me’,” Johansson said .

Peelers drew off to win by four lengths over Krispy Apple in 1:50 2/5. Idyllic finished third.

See You At Peelers, ranked number one in the sport, returned $3.60 to win.

“She’s just one of the best that has been around on the racetrack in the history of harness racing,” Takter said .

Peelers was not the only horse to impress on what was billed as “Super Stakes Sunday”.

In the $500,000 Colonial for trotters, Manofmanymissions (2-1) wore down Hambletonian winner Broad Bahn (9-5 favorite) to score a three-quarter length victory over Dejarmbro in 1:53. Pastor Stephen was third and Broad Bahn held on for fourth.

Roll With Joe (2-1) won the war in the $500,000 Battle of the Brandywine for pacers getting the nose victory over even-money favorite Alsace Hanover in 1:49 2/5. Big Bad John finished third.
