The Raptors asked the Knicks permission to speak to Jeff Van Gundy, but again, he wasn’t too interested, sources have told The Post.

Last week, Van Gundy rebuffed getting into serious talks with the Hornets, who also asked for permission.

“That hasn’t been going anywhere,” a league source said of Toronto’s pursuit.

The Cavs have interest in Van Gundy, too, but have not formally asked the Knicks permission to interview him. The Knicks are in line to receive compensation if Van Gundy joins another team before Aug. 1.

Salary and length of contract are believed to be major issues, as the Hornets and Raptors are two of the league’s most luxury-tax conscious teams. Van Gundy coughed up $7.5M when he resigned from the Knicks last season with two years left.
