Call it “CryGate.”

Previews for the NFL Network series “A Football Life,” for which Patriots coach Bill Belichick wore a microphone for the entire 2009 season, shows the former Giants assistant tearing up when he visits Giants Stadium for the last time.

“I was just trying to establish my coaching career,” Belichick says in the trailer for the two-part show, which premieres Sept. 15 and Sept. 22. “Be a good coach. Win some games.

“It’s hard not to get choked up about it. Damn, I spent a lot of hours in that room.”
