Yaron Steinbuch was a reporter at the New York Post. Yaron was a staff writer at The Post, where he had worked for eight years after 27 years as an editor at The Journal News/lohud.com, a Gannett news outlet in Westchester County, NY. A native of Israel, Yaron has lived in the US since 1981 after serving as an artilleryman, combat medic and noncommissioned officer in the IDF. He is a graduate of New York University and the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. A former auxiliary police officer, Yaron also holds a pilot license, is a commercial drone operator and a black belt in taekwondo.
