I hope everyone grabbed the +3¹/₂ that was widely available on the Bills when the odds were first posted on Monday for their Friday night game in Cleveland. It was widely discussed that the Browns were bet from 3-point underdogs to 1-point favorites last week before their 20-10 win at the Giants. Browns -3¹/₂ looked like a classic overreaction by bookmakers to balance the action this week, and early bettors knocked it down to three.
The play: We’ll see if the public bets it back up to 3¹/₂, but I’ll still call the Bills a best bet at a field goal. They put up 430 yards last week against Carolina, with Josh Allen looking good (which got far less coverage than Baker Mayfield’s Browns debut).
