Dave Tuley, senior reporter at VSiN, joins the Post’s Bettor’s Guide for the 2018 NFL season. His handicapping pieces appear in VSiN’s online magazine, Point Spread Weekly.

Broncos (+5) over RAVENS: The Ravens looked like world beaters with their 5-0 preseason and 47-3 rout of the Bills in their opener, but they were exposed (or at least brought back to earth) in their 34-23 loss to the Bengals last Thursday. They’re a good team, but not that much superior to the 2-0 Broncos. Denver QB Case Keenum has brought his winning formula from Minnesota, in which he relies on the defense to keep the game close then comes through with clutch plays. In a game between playoff hopefuls that could likely come down to a field goal, we’ll take the 5-point head start.

Chargers (+7) over RAMS: We were happy to fade the Chargers in Week 1 in their unfamiliar role as favorites, but after getting back on track with a 31-20 rout of the Bills (it wasn’t as close as the final score indicates), they’re now back in Philip Rivers’ preferred role (16-10-1 ATS as a road underdog the past four years) and getting a full touchdown. The Rams have looked awesome, but this is a step up in class from facing the Raiders and Cardinals, and I also see this coming down to a one-score game.

Last week: 1-1.
Season: 3-1.
