Deion Sanders’ Colorado Buffaloes are attracting more bettors than NFL teams. 

BetMGM reported Friday that Saturday’s game between Colorado and Nebraska, which wasn’t exactly the most marquee game coming into the season, is attracting more bets than any other football game this weekend — including the NFL. 

The matchup is blowing every other college football game out of the water, too, garnering three times more action than any other Week 2 game, per BetMGM. 

The game is even lapping Saturday’s primetime contest between two of college football’s biggest brands — No. 3 Alabama and No. 11 Texas. 

Bettors are hammering Colorado, both on the money line and to cover the spread. 

The sportsbook reported that 82 percent of bets and 78 percent of the money wagered on the game had the Buffaloes covering the spread. 

Similarly, 77 percent of the money was on Colorado to win the game. 

The Buffaloes are currently -3 favorites and -150 moneyline at BetMGM. 

Colorado opened the season as nine-point underdogs against the Cornhuskers, but after last week’s shocking upset over No. 17 TCU, the Buffaloes began attracting a ton of attention. 

“Every time I have glanced at the college football ticker since Saturday, I have seen a line of Colorado bets,” said Caesars Sportsbook’s lead college football trader Joey Feazel, per ESPN.

“The action has been crazy.”

Colorado took down the Horned Frogs during a 45-24 thriller after coming into the game as 21-point underdogs and +700 moneyline, according to Action Network. 

The win put the college football world on notice. 

So much so that quarterback Shedeur Sanders, Deion’s son, and cornerback/wide receiver Travis Hunter, who both starred against TCU, are beginning to get Heisman Trophy buzz. 

Colorado also rocketed up to the No. 22 spot in the AP Top 25 poll this week after being unranked going into the first game.
