Chicago’s Drew Smyly (7-8, 3.48) has won two in a row, limiting the Giants and Mets to one run over 12 total innings.
The Cubs are finishing the season strong, but Smyly is 2-4 at Wrigley this season, so Mr. October will play 10 units on the Reds.

Good game. Better result. Aaron Judge didn’t homer. Oswaldo Cabrera did, but that was the only run the Yankees got as the Orioles won 2-1. Jordan Lyles scattered four hits over seven strong innings.
