The Draft Value Quotient is an analytic tool invented by yours truly, the fantasy Madman, to identify a player’s true draft value with that DVQ rating representing the point in the draft when a player’s projected production meets the expected production of the correlated draft pick — think: a DVQ of 10.0 means that player is projected to score on par with the 10th-overall pick in a 12-team, PPR draft.

Like the real-world fantasy results, there is a stark curve at the top, hence a stark curve in DVQ rating near the top.
