Dave Tuley, senior reporter at VSiN, joins the Post’s Bettor’s Guide for the 2018 NFL season. His handicapping pieces appear in VSiN’s online magazine, Point Spread Weekly.

Bills (+10) over PACKERS: Parity is alive and well in the NFL. But this pick isn’t about having faith in the Bills to repeat their 27-6 rout of the Vikings as 17-point underdogs; instead, it’s more of a play against the Packers, who should have lost to the Bears, tied the Vikings (how’s that for a common opponent and why this line shouldn’t be this high?) and lost to the Redskins with Aaron Rodgers hobbling horribly. Rodgers probably wills the Pack to victory, but I’ll take the generous points.

GIANTS (+3¹/₂) over SAINTS: NFL home ’dogs are 10-3 against the spread this season and this is the one I like the best this week. The Saints are coming off a 43-37 shootout in Atlanta, but that was in a dome while Drew Brees and Co. usually don’t perform as well outdoors. Hoping for a replay of the 16-13 Giants win in the teams’ last meeting in 2016). Eli Manning and the offense finally looked comfortable last week and I like their chances against a Saints defense allowing 34.3 points per game so far.

Last week: 0-2. SEASON: 3-3.
