It’s rivalry weekend in the CFL, including Sunday’s “Banjo Bowl” featuring the Saskatchewan Roughriders at the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. Winnipeg has hit the skids for the first time this season, losing two straight games against Ottawa and Calgary while witnessing a significant defensive regression. Saskatchewan might finally be hitting its stride at 2-1 straight up, 3-0 against the spread since the return of quarterback Zach Collaros from injury.

The play: I see this, however, as a good “bet on” spot for the Blue Bombers. They have taken their lumps in recent weeks, but I like them to show up here with a strong effort against a rival. Winnipeg, +3 ¹/₂.
