Recreational bettors like to bet Overs, but we prefer cheering for our money, so we’ll be on the Under when the Mets visit the Marlins on Sunday afternoon in Miami.
Noah Syndergaard (7-2. 3.17 ERA) should welcome this date against the Marlins, as he’s 4-0 lifetime against them with a 1.62 ERA. Miami counters with Wei-Yin Chen, who has a 1.94 ERA at home (in contrast to a 10.27 road ERA). It also doesn’t hurt our cause that the Under is 6-3 when ump Ramon De Jesus has been behind the plate this season.
The play: Mets-Marlins Under.
