WASHINGTON (+8.5) over Buccaneers

This line opened Tampa Bay -7.5 and has been bet up to 8 and even 8.5 at most books. I lean to the Under, as this should be a defensive battle. Chase Young is a monster and the Washington defense can contain Tom Brady & Co. while the Washington offense will have to play its best to get 20 points on the Bucs defense. However, with the expectation of a low-scoring game, the play is on Washington +8.5. Let’s call it Tampa Bay 24, Washington 17. Or 24-20, 23-16. Something in that range. Though we’re pulling for Washington to cover, let’s also start a two-team, 6-point teaser with Buccaneers -2.5 and the Titans +9 and try to hit a middle if the Bucs win by 3-8 points.
