Ubs Financial Services was ordered by a Missouri jury to pay almost $10.6 million to a former sales assistant who claimed she was sexually harassed by a supervisor and fired after complaining.

Carla C. Ingraham, 51, who worked in the Kansas City, Mo., office of UBS Financial, said she was fired in July 2009 after she complained that her supervisor repeatedly made comments about her breast size and repeatedly talked about the “size of his genitals.”
