Steven Cohen got a temporary reprieve yesterday when an administrative law judge OK’d a request to stay a case brought by the SEC, which has accused the billionaire hedge-fund manager of failing to supervise two of his employees.
Federal prosecutors had requested the stay until after criminal cases against the two one-time employees and the $14 billion SAC hedge fund were resolved.
