JPMorgan Chase, UBS and Deutsche Bank are being probed in an expanded investigation by New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman into mortgage securitization, according to a person familiar with the matter.

Four bond insurers also were subpoenaed: Ambac Financial Group, MBIA, Syncora Holdings and Assured Guaranty, according to the person, who couldn’t be identified because the probe isn’t public.
