Shares of AMC Networks tumbled nearly 7 percent, to $53.78, after Guggenheim analyst Michael Morris downgraded the stock from buy to neutral and reduced his price target from $73 to $60.
Guggenheim’s new outlook “reflects increased caution toward advertising growth trends as the company navigates the maturity of “The Walking Dead” and increased pressure from digital video competitors.”
