Brad RobinsLinkedIn Ducera Partners, an investment bank started by former partners at the famed Perella Weinberg, has hired Brad Robins away from Greenhill & Co., The Post has learned.
Robins was head of financing advisory and restructuring at Greenhill.
Ducera, established in June 2015, is making a push into restructuring at the same time it is pursuing merger assignments.
Robins spent 15 years at Greenhill & Co., which in 2015 ranked eighth in worldwide announced restructuring assignments, according to Thomson Reuters.
Ducera, meanwhile, was Monsanto’s lead adviser in its September agreement to sell to Bayer for $66 billion.
The bank says it has advised on over $100 billion in transactions across various industries.
