Barclays Plc, the fourth-largest UK bank, plans to cut about 2,100 jobs at its investment bank, fund management and private banking units.

The cuts follow the more than 3,000 jobs Barclays cut last year as it acquired bankrupt Lehman Brothers’ trading and investment-banking operations for $1.75 billion.
